Welcome to Fishnmeat! By using the Fishnmeat Wallet (the "Wallet"), you agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Wallet.

Wallet Facility

1. Nature of the Wallet
   The Fishnmeat Wallet is a digital wallet facility provided to our customers exclusively for the purpose of receiving and using cashback on eligible purchases made on Fishnmeat.
2. Wallet Usage
   • The Wallet can only be used to receive cashback offered by Fishnmeat.
   • Customers are not permitted to add any funds to the Wallet. The Wallet balance can only be accumulated through cashback earned from qualifying transactions.
   • The balance in the Wallet does not represent real cash and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. Cashback Points
   • The balance in the Wallet is represented as cashback points. These points are awarded based on promotional offers and qualifying purchases.
   • Cashback points have no cash value and cannot be transferred to any other account or person.
4. Usage of Wallet Balance
   • The Wallet balance can be used to make purchases on Fishnmeat.
   • The balance will automatically be applied to eligible orders during the checkout process.
   • If the Wallet balance is insufficient to cover the full order amount, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.
5. Expiry and Forfeiture
   • Cashback points in the Wallet may have an expiration date, which will be communicated at the time the cashback is awarded.
   • Unused cashback points may expire after a certain period, as determined by Fishnmeat.
   • Fishnmeat reserves the right to forfeit any unused balance in the Wallet in the event of account inactivity, violation of these Terms, or fraudulent activity.



Account Management



6. Account Security
   • Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and Wallet balance.
   • Fishnmeat is not responsible for any unauthorized use of the Wallet.
7. Account Activity
   • Fishnmeat reserves the right to monitor all account activity and transactions.
   • Any suspicious or fraudulent activity may result in the suspension or termination of the Wallet and associated account.



Changes to Terms & Conditions



8. Modifications
   • Fishnmeat reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
   • Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Fishnmeat website.
   • Continued use of the Wallet after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.



Limitation of Liability



9. No Warranties
   • The Wallet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied.
   • Fishnmeat does not guarantee that the Wallet will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors.



Governing Law



10. Jurisdiction
    • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fishnmeat operates
    • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Fishnmeat.in will not take any liability of sealed branded product after delivery. So, we advised you to check all the products at the time of delivery. After delivery we will not entertain any issue related to these products.
